QServers secured an exhibition stand alongside Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NIRA) at the maiden edidtion of SYMPOSIUM AND LOCAL TECH SHOWCASE (SALTS1.0) with the theme, “Grassroots data for National Development”, organized by BODY OF COMPUTER CADRES IN THE UNIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OF LAGOS STATE (BCLG).
The events opened with the arrival of guests, followed by the opening prayer, and then the welcome address by the president of Body of Computer Cadres in The Unified Local Government of Lagos State, Ahmed Bola Tijani. The chairman of the occasion, Mr Sikiru Shehu, MCPN, FNCS, also gave his speech ad declared the event open through his represerntative.
The representative of the Registry, Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NIRA), Mrs Chioma Keke, in her goodwill message, highlighted the impoartance of technology at grassroots level and also emphasises the importance and advantages of the .NG domain, and encouraged everyone to join the .ng train. She also reminded the audience on the 6th .NG awards coming up and urged everyone to participate and nominate their favorite organizations for the various categories by visiting nira.org.ng/ngawards2023.
There was also presentation of gift by the royal father of the day to the Body of Computer Cadres in The Unified Local Government of Lagos State.
